Man Starts Bleating Like a Goat After He Stole His Cousin’s Money

Residents of Chwele market in Bungoma County were left stunned after a 32-year-old man shocked onlookers by bleating like a goat in the middle of the road, shortly after allegedly stealing KSh 45,000 from his cousin.

The man, identified as Sospeter, was seen earlier that morning visiting his cousin Dan’s shop. According to witnesses, nothing seemed out of the ordinary until about an hour later when Sospeter was spotted on all fours near a hardware shop, crawling and letting out loud goat-like noises. His strange behavior immediately drew attention, and within minutes, a large crowd had gathered to witness the bizarre scene.

“At first we thought he was just joking,” said Janet, a local vendor. “But when he started pulling grass from the roadside and chewing it while crying and bleating, we knew this wasn’t normal. He kept shouting something about money and asking for forgiveness.”
